Author Submission Guide

1. Important Information

All papers accepted for ICSEAT would be published in AIP Conference Proceedings (Scopus-Indexed).

All submissions for ICSEAT 2022 conference will be through the Conference Management System (CMT). To submit for this conference, all authors are required to register for a CMT account. Refer to the Author Step-by-Step Guideline for the detailed paper submission process for ICSEAT 2022

2. Abstract Submission

It is crucial that the author choose the most suitable scope in which she/he wants to present her/his work. Each submitted abstract will be acknowledged with a reference number of successful submissions. Please quote this reference number in all your future correspondence. Abstract should be limited to 200 - 250 words. The novelty and significance should be emphasized. Please submit the abstract through the CMT website.

All abstract whose presenting author has completed the formal registration will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee.

3. Full Paper Submission

Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit full manuscript. Accepted papers will be published in Scopus-indexed Conference Proceedings (AIP Conference Proceeding) after double-blind peer review process. Paper length should be 6-8 pages (including References).

Full papers should be prepared according to the updated instructions given in the Author guidelines and full paper template attached below. DO NOT include the authors name and affiliation at this stage of the review.

After the review process, the authors could view the feedback from the reviewers. There are three possible outcomes:

I. Full Paper Accepted: Full paper is accepted for publication with minor corrections (if any).

II. Full Paper Revision: Paper contain technical issue and/or formatting issue that requires endorsement from reviewers.

III. Full Paper Rejected: Paper does not meet established standards.

4. Camera-Ready Submission

Once the full paper is accepted, the authors are required to prepare the following documents for camera ready submission:

I. Camera-Ready Abstract

The camera-ready abstract is required to consist of the following information: Title, Author(s), affiliation(s) address and corresponding email. Click below to download an abstract template.

II. Camera-Ready Paper - for publication in AIP Conference Proceedings (Scopus-Indexed)

5. Journal of Engineering & Technological Advances (JETA)

Selected top papers will be invited to submit an additional full paper to the Journal of Engineering & Technological Advances (JETA) for peer review. Submitted manuscripts should have minimum 50% changes from the submission to AIP Conference Proceeding.
